Customer delivery
Your answers demonstrate that you have some of the ingredients we require for our Customer Service Team Members or Zoom Last Mile Riders. They calm the breakfast panic quick or bolster the dinner time satisfaction by adding smiles to doorsteps. It’s no mean feat as whilst their vans might be packed for them, they need tenacity and peak physical fitness to fit all the deliveries in within their shifts safely, climb stairs with heavy bags or trouble shoot when the traffics bad or signal to the sat navigation is lost. And they do an amazing job doing all of this without compromising the excellent customer service we know they pride themselves on giving.
