Our Andover site is one of our largest sites. Picking, packing and delivering on behalf of Ocado Retail, it's where teamwork meets momentum. Offering roles within our warehouse - whether that's fulfilment or robot wrangling, customer delivery driver or LGV fleet roles - it's all under one roof.

Our Andover site reopened in 2021 and became one of our most advanced warehouses - now home to over 1,000 of our robots - who with the support of our employees pick 50 item orders in under 5 minutes! Together they deliver joy and fill over 70,000 orders every week across the county.

On Site Shop
As an employee of Ocado Logistics you’ll be able to enjoy access to our Company Shop from Tuesday-Saturday, where you can go wild in the aisles and do your weekly grocery shop - at a significantly reduced price!

We have plenty of secure parking available onsite in our Multi Storey car park that is dedicated to your use. And our site is just a 15 minute bus journey from Andover station or a 5 minute drive.

We have an onsite restaurant thats open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner - from 8:00am - 2:00am as well as 24/7 vending machines and facilities for hot and cold drinks. Keeping you moving whatever the weather or the time of day.
