Our Dordon site is a major hub for grocery delivery for Ocado Retail and Morrisons in the West Midlands and we pick, pack and distribute over 180,000 orders a week! Offering over 2,000 jobs locally it's home to warehouse operatives, customer delivery drivers and our LGV operations all under one roof. Every role here helps deliver great service to customers across the Midlands and beyond from our fast-paced, collaborative site where teamwork keeps everything moving.

Engineering at our Dordon site offers the opportunity to work on a highly automated, legacy fulfilment site operating at scale. Our Engineering team maintains and improves a complex mix of cranes, conveyors, ASRS shuttles, sortation and site infrastructure, keeping critical 24/7 operations running through reactive and planned maintenance, fault diagnosis and continuous performance improvement.
